Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Weaveeo (the "Service"), operated by Virtual Media Group Ltd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Weaveeo provides software tools for independent musicians and bands, including AI-assisted track review, gig discovery, email drafting, calendar planning, and third-party integrations such as Spotify. Features vary by subscription plan.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Band and manager features must only be used with permission from the artists involved.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled via your billing portal. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice. Refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer law and our billing provider's policies.
5. AI-generated content
AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must review and approve emails and career decisions before relying on them. We do not guarantee chart performance, bookings, or revenue outcomes.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of music, text, and materials you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the Service, including running AI features you request.
7. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, send spam, or violate third-party platform terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
